About the programme

The investment leg of the STEP – Obronność package, run by PARP, co-finances capital expenditure in the manufacturing of defence technologies: new production lines, facility expansion, production scaling and quality control. It complements the NCBR R&D tracks announced in the same FENG schedule window.

Why it matters

One of very few Polish grant instruments funding defence production CAPEX rather than R&D. Relevant for companies scaling manufacturing of munitions, components or defence systems.
