About the programme

A Business Finland programme running 2024-2028 that channels innovation funding, ecosystem building and export promotion to Finnish companies working on digital security solutions for defence, critical infrastructure protection and public safety. Dual-use ICT companies providing end-to-end security and resilience solutions are a core target group. Participation is continuous rather than call-based.

Why it matters

This is the main national gateway for Finnish cyber and digital-defence companies to Business Finland R&D money plus curated access to defence-sector buyers abroad.
